Stampede (“Stampede,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps small and mid-sized companies become AI-first. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to any applications or services that link to it, including sign-in with Google.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you contact us — for example, by emailing to start a conversation — we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message.
- Information from Google sign-in. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares a limited profile with us: your name, email address, and profile picture. We only request the minimum scopes needed to sign you in and provide the service you asked for.
- Usage information. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device, and pages viewed, to keep the site secure and working well.
How we use information
- To respond to you and provide the services you request.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
- To meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
Google user data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you request.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use it for advertising.
- We do not allow humans to read it, unless you give explicit consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with the law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting and analytics providers), under contracts that require them to protect it; or when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer. These providers may process data only on our instructions.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may revoke Google’s access to your account at any time through your Google Account permissions. To make a request, email us at the address below.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
